Should new laws be made that point out more clearly with Labour Membership Loyalty Cards that if you vote for the Labour Party you will get free public services, new hospitals, lower taxation, and cash handbacks if you live within that constituency.
Or has enough been done to direct people to live in a Labour Constituency, and refuse to go to work to get the votes required to keep labour in office ?
