I'm staying with a mate at the mo in MH; he is thinking of buying later this year.

As this is not my neck of the woods, I showed him the Nationwide regional East Midlands data (quarterly nominal prices post 73). However, the East mids data maybe skewed by the likes of Nottingham etc. so I would be interested to hear from anyone who has local knowledge of this area - are prices falling here yet?

Hey, I monitor the northamptonshire propertys and i see the market harborough prices dropping quite a bit, I'd say by the end of the year he might pick up a bargain, i'd wait 18months tho.
