Just had my rent reduced by £15 a month. Not big money, I know, but every little helps

This is my third reduction since I moved in about 16 months ago - I'm now paying £35 a month less in rent. Nice outcome for a simple phone call or two.

If your rent is up for renewal, ask for a reduction and you might be pleasantly surprised - you can always put the money in your vulture fund
