Walking to the station this morning I saw an EA sign saying a house was going up for auction. I seem to remember a for sale board in the same place a while back. Is it usual, bearing in mind the supposed affluence of Weybridge, for this to happen as I've never seen it before?

honest EA was saying if it's a repo they have to give it a month or two on the market before they can firesell it.
