I'm a bit of a newbie but just wanted to tell you all that this week I have received 3 calls from estate agents about London property for sale (SW) despite fact they'd already sent me thru emails. It smacks of desperation...especially as I don't even live in the UK...Another thing, I suddenly receive an email from Savills about investment property in docklands....
