and looking further at the price info - no 21 sold in Dec 2004 for 149,950, then in JUNE 2007 for 127,500 - god only knows how much they would have dropped by now!

Very little chance of selling it at that price.

I think people like Kirsty should start making programs where they meet these type of "homeowners'. See how positive she is then.

looking at the pictures of the outside there is one car. Big block of appartments. One car, possibly a white van lurking behind it. Clearly all single occupant professionals and photo taken whilst all out of work, unless.....

No 20 dropped too: 23/12/2004 £148,950 then 20/11/2006 £121,000.

I can't believe that people still bought them new last year; I think that they would have been better off losing their deposit than buying £30k of negative equity.
