Lots of For Sale boards (houses or conversions) - only 1 sold (p/b flat).

Great stuff. I'm watching these areas as well. I've noticed the same in walthamstow - buyers are pulling out at the last minute, chains are collapsing etc. Just be paitient people, time is on our side.

Although i'm in N/W London , i have monitored a town in Dorset these last 2/3 years , i have never ever seen so many houses of the type i want for sale on Rightmove , and there not selling .

Another route through Barnet in Herts today, a cluster of For Sales, only 1 sold.

EA offices full of staff on phones, no bums on customer seats.

This is my manor...and I can confirm that we have a lot of For Sales on both commercial and residential, put your Verve on the car Cd and drive down Finchley High St..its like a nostalgia trip back to the 90's!

At last count we had 9+ EA offices in the High Street alone...all empty all of the time bar 1 or 2 staff and lots of empty desks..I wonder how long they can hold out before the windows become white washed?

I saw a couple of Sale Agreeds today on the exec size prestige homes, but they often seem in short supply anyway. I say seem, I don't know from personal experience!
