It was quite sad listening to all the young people who felt compelled to be on that mythical ladder. The builder came over as being honest saying his sales dried up last summer and he was paying men off. The lady who sold her house for a 50k profit then promptly re-invested it in an overpriced house which she is now trying to flip in a dying market can only be described as delusional.
