just going to do some analysis every fortnight from property bee results from rightmove for my home town of rotherham.

please note the figures are still being fudged by RM as houses that were sold before xmas are still on as stc so may show up between the 28th jan and 17th feb when in reality they were sold before that. but its a guide nontheless


4 groups of data. houses between £50k to £100k..............then £100.01k to £150k..............£150.01k to £200k............then £200.01k to £300k

all searches include the sold stc box being ticked and just the word rotherham being searched to keep it as fair as possible.

these arent drastic changes with regards to volume of properties on the market, but drops are coming through quite fast. all it tells me is that new props are selling roughly as fast as new ones are coming on...but i guess its the prices of these sales that we dont know from this data as this is just asking prices...............any thoughts?

Average Rotherham sold house prices have fallen 16% since Aug07. That's pretty fast already!!
