The figure quoted isn't unrealistic, especially when compared to the amount paid to our own particular brand of workshy scum. Perhaps of more interest was his status as an 'unemployed charity worker' - it'd be enlightening to find out who he was working for.

Actually its not. Its conspiracy to commit murder. If they carried it out it was premeditated murder - or whatever we call that here. By justifying it as 'war' you put yourself in an odd position... if its war then their actions are morally justified, just as us lobbing a 500lb bomb into a market place is justified. The idea of kidnapping a soldier and then executing him on video is also contrary to the established rules of war. Captured soldiers are entitled to POW status.

IMHO Islam is a very dangerous alien ideology. I say ideology as opposed to religion because it provides a comprehensive explanation for the world and a prescribes a complete system of governance, taxation, jurisprudence, warfare etc etc

I suspect the BNP are targetting Islam because it is such a massive threat and because it is something the electorate can relate to. Also the anti free speech race relations laws makes it very difficult to speak plainly about mass immigration.
