I am caught up in the Aviva reattribution, and, whilst I understand some of what is going on, high finance is really quite beyond me. I wondered if anyone can shed a bit of light on whether they think this is a 'fair' reattribution, or not.

Thanks.

My understanding is you will be given a cash payment if you give up rights to what i think they call a inheritance fund { money you may not get anyway } either way your policy will not be affected , it's all a cost cutting exercise so that all policies are lumped together into one big fund , personally i will be taking the cash if it's offered as i will probably cash the fund in anyway , there is a free phone number in the literature they sent you , just grill them with your questions .
