It will be close, but I think Boris may win - Ken has annoyed just about everyone in the last couple of years. It may come down to the alternative voting system - in particular the alternative votes of the LibDem candidate's voters. Most LibDems are to the left, but this is not about voting for a party, but for an individual, so Boris may pick up a large chunk of the alternative votes.
