The property was on at £1.5million and now it's listed as a second occurrence on RM for just £850k

I had it logged on propertybee at 23 January, so it's not like a 1-2 day "oops, typo" issue!

Update: On closer inspection, one seems to have an additional 4-bed house in the deal, might account for it, but the figures still don't quite stack up
