That is what we want to see - a nice 50% percent fall in price.

Over the last 18 months it has been clear that Nottingham is the epicentre of this crash.

Where Nottingham leads, everywhere follows, including London.

In a year or so it will be 50% off in new builds in London.

In three years it will be 50% off everything, everywhere, including London.

A bit rough! I think you could start a debate about which circle of hell that place is located in.

haha. I can keep the arrow from the map on screen whilst seeing where I live!

Brook court has lots of properties for sale not achieving their asking prices, and they have dropped alot recently.

However, other places are still holding their prices just. The flat I'm in has lost some from 2 years previously.

But, the locals of Nottingham don't see/view house price falls, no one is talking about it.

After four years of price falls they accept s**t happens and contemplate their losses in private.

There are dozens of flats on under that postcode on Rightmove, from £55k to £80k.

There is something weird going on here, 18 months later and such massive drops. Much as I want to take this on face value, something smells very fishy here.......
