Anyway I occasionally check the place, as I know it's one of those places which should fall like a stone. Prices boomed in 5 years much beyond the working class place it is.

23rd Jan was listed at 165.5k, now offers invited around 160k

Looking at some other places have been pn there for quite a while, and a few others have dropped 5k, even sub 120K places. There's even a plot of land dropped 95k to 90k
