Had property bee working with Firefox for a week now and I am seeing some decent reductions. My search is 3 miles of WF15 area and there are reductions coming in daily. 30K, 25K 20K off quite a few properties and of course smaller reductions across the board.. They still look obscenely expensive though but it is nice to see.
Get the property bee toolbar. It is quite brilliant!

Unfortunately I don't have Firefox so no property-bee for me just yet.
The Out-laws live in WF14 and SIL and some friends are dotted around nearby. FIL also owns property in the area (a BTL'r well before it was fashionable)
Not at all surprised at some decent price drops, it was a late climber and I think it will fall hard. We've always looked at the property pages when we've been visiting and it's an area that has gone madder than most IMO.
