Our landlord (I heard by accident) is planning to sell off our garden. He has submitted a planning application. As part of this there is a flood report. I assume that he can't sell off the garden whilst we are living here as we rent that too! I am also rather annoyed at the thought that people may have been in my garden, whilst I wasn't here assessing the risks. What is the legal position?

I really hate this selling off gardens business. It's another thing that destroys an area so they can throw up a couple of Toytown houses.
Wish I could help but have no idea. If you get no further replies try posting on the main forum. Good luck.
