Please tell me they added an extra '0' on this price by mistake.
This house is apparently on 2 floors - aren't all houses ?
It needs complete renovation - I cannot believe it !
Mind you they are throwing in the staircase free of charge.
Let me know who buys this - I have some NR shares to sell - bargain at £12 each

Haha yes I've seen that £250 'incentive' before. It's probably the most desperate and pathetic attempt to drum up trade I've ever seen. What next, a free bottle of champagne-type sparkling Commonwealth wine with every purchase?
That road is nice, it's just round the corner from me, though it's not in the really nice Victorian part of Muswell Hill. It's very quiet and close to the parks and totally chav-free; but £1.1 mil? That is obscene. Even six bed Victorian villas in the heart of Muswell Hill are not going for that.
