What do you think of Romania as an investment market.

With both Bulgaria and Romania entering the EU under certain conditions, news I have in the market from speaking to Bulgaria today Varna, the locals are still buying and trading property and other goods and services, they are far more active than international buyers.

What do people think of the conditions in the short, medium and long term for Romania? Obviously it was tipped as a hot spot (place in the sun etc), but would you put your money in for services and holidays in Romania?

It is Sibiu and not Sibui.

Besides, where did you find such a map of Romania? Brasov and Sibiu are not on the map but one can find "famous" cities like
Zarnesti and Vulcan...

Just been to Bucharest. Prices already too high, apart from some real dross. I had a hard job finding anything that was advertised honestly. In fact I have to assume that nothing is advertised honestly or accurately, because everything I was able to look at turned out to be bogus in some way.
On the web, property is being advertised as "Bucharest" that is actually in a provincial town hundreds of miles away.

By the way when I said "apart from some real dross" I didn't mean that the price of the dross is reasonable - I mean that ANY price for the dross (and there's a lot) is too high.
