Trying to log in and transfer some money.
Keeps coming up with 'site error'.
Is it just me?

I have problems with their site sometimes, enter user/pwd and then get taken back to logon screen having entered secure details. Not always, and it could the odd typo'.... but seems to happen from time to time.

A&L are the real pain. Their site is often on the blink

Just watch you don't enter it wrong three times or you'll have to phone them up to unlock your account. Only a complete idiot would have to do that though. rolleyes.gif

To their credit they answered the phone very quickly and the unlocking process was quick and simple. tongue.gif

Actually, the way they deal with the security date means that you have to guess what they want. Is it DD/MM/YY, DD/MM/YYYY, DDMMYYYY etc.? It's a pretty badly though out system.

I agree. In fact that's how I got myself locked out. If I'm asked the date question I just back out and relogin and hope I'm not given it again.

It's DDMMYYYY for everyone, isn't it?
