The amount of times this site has gone down or is unable to respond recently ior unstable is diabolical.
I am in charge of intranet sites and internet sites that take thousands of hits a day congruently, if my sites went down or slowed, or didn't respond the amount of times this one does I would be out of a job.
Please get yourself a real IT technician or consultants - this is now looking amateur not commercial - you can expect a lot more traffic over the coming months please get your act together.

As they have stated many times the problem is with their networking provider and is out of their hands, unless they move all their servers to another network provider which would be IMO a massive operation.
Please get off your high horse and stop spouting complete crap.
