My guess is that Mon will be the blackest blackest day we have seen on the stock markets for a long long time.

The decision to downgrade AMBAC to AA will reach far into the pysche of the markets and investors.

I could be wrong but I think this is the dreaded psychological milestone that the markets will consider a fulcrum event.

Any thoughts??

Sadly, and I bet they knew this, Monday is Martin Luther King day in the US, and as such a holiday.

Actually, that might give some time for the panic to set in?
