Anyone else following property in LS1?

Seems to be a lot of flats in recent developments not doing much.

For example this property sold in 2003 for the current asking price

Doesn't seem particularly bad either location wise and with a parking space

I've been following with considerable interest over the last year or so. What I'd love to know is what 'cashback' some landlords got. for example there is a flat registered as £235k in 2004 when bought new, now on the market at £185k. But is this a loss......
