I'm interested in quite a few small cap shares and they all acting really weirdy last few days

ACTA.L don't own these but waiting for the moment to buy which might be now

they anounced a major development contract with global oem yesterday and the shares didn't move WTF. the shares are down 40% scince the crunch. they could be worth bilions one day but in the crunch they are toast

this share has a >35% dividend yield. a P/E of under 2.3 its profits are growing at a significant rate has no debt. very cash generative. and best of all its gambling and gambling stocks do well in a down turn wtf its so cheap i don't know? looks like a total bargin
