In Munich/Germany there was a gold fair ( http://www.Edelmetallmesse.de ) this weekend. I visited this show, incredible: Many gold dealers and the customers had to wait 10-30 minutes to change their Pounds/Euros/Dollars into gold coins and bars. They sold 1kg-goldbars like bread and butter, one after the other... I guess min. 4000 visitors were there.
Not one coin dealer from the UK was there.
