This particular website had been there for a long time, probably the same time HPC started (before realist bear appeared here). They were known as housepricechat.co.uk (and had stolen housepricecrash.com ). It was part of serioustopics.com. Now it seems that it has a new reincarnation.

Yep this website has been around for years.....same old posters, but I find the change of name to
House Price Crash quite encouraging. It just goes to show the state of the market. wink.gif

Or it could be a shrewd business decision by the website owner.

"House Price Crash" is more likely to bring people to that site and hopefully (from the owners POV) click on those Google ads.
