Hello. I'm not someone who has posted before, though I have been lurking for a little while. This is something that I feel necessitates a response and I wholeheartedly agree with geneer.

Not that I support their views or anything but isnt the internet supposed to be the place where you can air your views, so who decides the social barometer and whats next to be kicked out of acceptable conversation.

I agree that HPC.co.uk can get rather bigotted at times and can put people off trying to find out about the upcoming crash, but the trouble is that one of the underlying excuses for HPI is immigration. It needs to be discussed so lurkers and new visitors can see whether house prices really have departed from the fundamentals or whether there is a housing shortage as is claimed by the media and the government.
