hello,
i am looking for a law firm to that can deal with a purchase in the Turks and Caicos.....anyone?
Be aware.
Almost every so called International law firm that is advertizing as such is in fact anything but.
You pay them the inflated prices they are asking. They find a local lawyer and then pay them less than they charged you - getting the picture?
If at all possible find an English speaking local lawyer yourself. When dealing in another country I would contact the local British embassy or consulate and usually they will furnish you with a list of English speaking legal advisors who they have on their contact lists. Failing that find a local expat and ask him/her if they can push you toward one - personal reccomendation is the finest advertising of all.
Good luck
