We sold a house in April for 292000 which we had bought 1 yr earlier for 220000.We then bought the house we are in now at a bargain 215000 and it is valued now with new kitchen and bathroom and redecoration (cost approx 20k)at 350k!!!!!!!We now want to sell up and rent and save the profit but I am thinking maybe I have an eye for development and should do that. When exactly does everyone predict prices to fall because if anyhtin g in our area of Brighton they are rocketing!

Why does anyone asking a simple question always get moved?I am of the thinking that there will be a crash at some point too and as someone with a few lucky buys under her belt I was asking for advice

sad.gif I Know your prediciment its hard to know if its time to quit ahead of the game, also what would your plans be to invest the profit as property seems to be the easy straightforward way of investing for most ? I have a friend with a home in london he rents it out and has done for years but feels its time to sell but like you is unsure. What are you going to do
