I did an interview on BBC West Midlands Radio on 28/12/2005 at around 6.30pm.

Unfortunately, the recording is a little truncated, because I was recording from an Internet stream and it kept interrupting. I have asked the BBC for a tape of the interview and will post a complete recording as soon as we get it.

Fantastic! Well done BP - only wish I had the confidence to do it myself...

Good show. Maybe you'll be on the BBC main very soon.

Fron little acorns Oak trees grow.

Congratulations you must be a proud man.

And once again thanks for the site.

Well done.
I particularly liked the description of the "rungs of the ladder moving further apart".

A soundbite to counter the "renting is dead money" argument would be good.

For those who montonously expound that theory (Phil) how about "you either have to rent the property or rent the money."

Anyway, very well done to you, you came across as someone speaking good common sense.
